Job Description

A nationally-recognized, well-established, financially-secure no debt business is seeking an Operations Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of a privately-owned small chain of convenience stores located in Clinton, TN . Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, formulating policies, daily overseeing and managing store operations, marketing, inventory controls, responding timely to customer compliments and concerns, hiring and especially training of store personnel. This is a long-term position with equity benefits. Must be a self-starter, great motivator, and a proven trainer with an eye for detail. Salary and monthly bonuses commensurate with experience. Must have 5+ years of management with a chain of convenience stores along with extensive deli or food preparation experience.
