Hello All,

My name is Gina Smith, and I am a Mortgage Loan Closer, or some say Loan Signing Agent. I have lived, worked, and played in the Clinton/Knoxville area for over 35 years. I’ve been doing remote closings for national signing services in customers’ homes in Anderson and surrounding counties, but am hoping to add working directly with local Title Services, Realtors, and Mortgage Lenders to my services. I look forward to meeting and building relationships with the people in my own community, so I will be at the Anderson County Chamber of Commerce, New Members Orientation on April 28th at 3:00, and as many Networking gatherings I can attend, in that effort.
