Y-12 FCU Gives Foundation presented $33,369 to 10 local organizations
The excitement was strong and enthusiasm contagious at the annual employee meeting of Y-12 Federal Credit Union on Wednesday, February 27, 2019. Executive Directors and board members representing 10 local nonprofits were present to receive their grant money from Y-12 FCU Gives Foundation.

The first cycle of health and wellness grants for 2019 were presented to:
•    Blossom Center for Childhood Excellence                
•    Blount County Community Action Agency-Senior Smiles                 
•    Boys and Girls Club of Smoky Mountains                                                                 
•    Compassion Counseling                                             
•    Free medical Clinic                                         
•    InterFaith Health Clinic                                               
•    Knoxville - Knox Co CAC Mobile Meals                            
•    SafeSpace                                                                             
•    Shora Foundation    
•    Smoky Mountain Service Dogs

About Y-12 FCU Gives 
Y-12 FCU Gives Foundation was established in 2017 by Y-12 Federal Credit Union, a  full-service financial provider headquartered in Oak Ridge, TN, with 14 branches located in Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Knox, Roane and Sevier counties serving 118,000 members. The foundation was established to extend the Y-12 FCU mission of "people helping people" into the philanthropic realm of charitable giving and support.
